Regarding the text in Enoch, I’m not sure that we’re saying anything conflicting, it’s possible that Lamech may have thought his wife had been with an angel because his son had white skin. But we know now that Noah was not a nephilim descendant, he did not become a giant as the children of the angels did. Also this would have conflicted with the main reason that God destroyed the Earth with a flood to begin with which was mainly because of what the Watchers had done, laying with human women creating nephilim that took over the Earth and revealing heavenly secrets to humans. Enoch goes into this so then why would God choose Noah to continue the human race if he was part of the nephilim? Also if Noah was nephilim, how did he have black and white children and why weren’t they all giants? It makes sense that a black albino (white skinned) Noah could have black and white children though and if he was the first albino, it would make sense that his father may mistaken him for a child of the angels. And you’re right, it wasn’t necessarily what was shocking was that Noah had white skin because the nephilim did as well. What was shocking was that Noah had white skin and was human, this is what they had not seen yet.
